When files become available
Download access is provided for eligible orders after payment is confirmed. Available links appear in the order’s download information and service email. If an account is created and linked to the order, check My account as well. Pending, failed, or otherwise ineligible orders do not provide confirmed download access.
Your checkout email
Use an email address you can access and check it carefully at checkout. The order email uses that address, which may differ from a payment-provider login. Check spam or promotions folders if a message is missing, and keep the order reference when requesting help.
PDF and ZIP formats
A PDF opens in a compatible PDF reader on a suitable phone, tablet, or computer. A ZIP archive may contain several PDFs and should be extracted using your device’s archive tools before opening those documents. The product listing identifies whether a collection is delivered as an archive. The store supplies files through download links; an email attachment is not promised for every purchase.
Limits, expiry, and personal copies
Where an order has download limits or an expiry date, use the information shown for that order. Save a personal copy after downloading and keep an untouched original if you annotate a working version. Access and use remain subject to the individual pattern’s license and applicable rights.
Missing or unusable files
Contact us with the order reference, pattern name, and exact error message. We can review the order’s status, the supplied file, and access permissions. Please do not share a personal download link publicly. The Refund Policy explains how order problems and remedies are reviewed.
