Digital pattern products
Products are digital instructions supplied as PDF files or, where the listing states this, a ZIP archive containing pattern files. A listing does not include a finished toy, yarn, hooks, stuffing, or other physical materials. Language, terminology, included designs, and materials vary by product. Use the details on the individual listing to decide whether a pattern suits your needs.
Prices and checkout
Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Review the checkout total and any displayed charges before confirming an order. There is no physical shipping for digital products. Payment availability and confirmation are shown in the checkout and order status; a pending or failed payment does not establish download access.
Delivery and account access
Available download links are provided for eligible orders after payment is confirmed. Use the email address entered at checkout and keep the order reference. Account access depends on whether an account was created and associated with the order. The Digital Download Policy explains formats, access, and troubleshooting.
Using pattern files
Buying a file does not transfer copyright in its instructions, photographs, or other content. Do not upload, redistribute, resell, or share pattern files without permission or another lawful basis. Refer to the license supplied with the individual pattern for permitted uses, including any rules about selling finished items. Ask for clarification if a license is missing or unclear.
Project materials and intended use
Follow the pattern’s material and construction guidance. Finished size can vary with yarn, hook, gauge, and technique. A design can include small components, decorative parts, or internal supports. Check whether your chosen materials and completed project suit the intended recipient and use; a pattern listing is not a product-safety certification.
Order problems and refunds
Contact us about an incorrect, unavailable, corrupted, or duplicate purchase, giving the order reference and the problem encountered. Requests are reviewed under the Digital Products Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Appropriate site use
Use the site without attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting unlawful or abusive material. Keep account credentials and personal download links private. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
