Last updated: October 27, 2026. This policy explains how HeartCrochet handles information when you browse the website, contact the store, create an account, or place a digital pattern order. HeartCrochet is a crochet pattern shop based in Morocco. For a privacy question or request, use our Contact page.
Information you choose to provide
A contact message includes the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. A store account can include your contact and login details. At checkout, WooCommerce can collect the contact and billing information entered in the form, the products ordered, the order total, and payment status. Please do not include passwords, complete card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in a contact message.
Why the information is used
Contact details are used to handle your request. Order information is used to process the order, provide eligible download access, send service emails, and resolve order or file problems. Account information is used to provide the account features you request. We also use information necessary to protect the site against misuse and maintain its operation.
Sending a support message or buying a pattern does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not currently operate a connected newsletter mailing list on this site.
Services involved in running the store
The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Order and contact records are stored in the site’s database and are available to authorized site administrators. Store email delivery is configured through Google’s Gmail SMTP service; service email content and addressing information pass through that provider.
When a PayPal payment option is available and you use it, PayPal processes the payment under its own terms and privacy information. The store receives transaction and payment-status information used to handle the order. Do not send card details to the store through the contact form.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies support sign-in, cart, checkout, and related site functions. The wishlist stores selected product identifiers in your browser. Optional advertising or analytics tags have not been enabled by this website build. See the Cookie Policy for more information and update your browser preferences as appropriate.
Keeping and removing information
Contact and order records are retained to handle requests, provide order support, maintain the store, and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule promised by this site. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information through the Contact page. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your own records, and some information may need to be retained where an obligation applies.
Service providers and international processing
Information processed through an email, payment, or hosting provider may be handled outside your country. Review the provider’s own privacy information when using its services. The site does not publish private order or contact records as public content.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to submit a contact form or create an account. Essential checkout information is needed to process an order and deliver available files. Contact us if you need help understanding a request for information or want to exercise an applicable privacy right.
This policy will be reviewed when the store’s services or data practices change. The update date above identifies the current text.
